The main objective of the thesis is to analyze and compare the current state of further education of employees of other organization directly managed (OODM from further on) by the Ministry of education, youth and physical education (MEYPE from further on). The theoretical part is dedicated to legislation of further education in these organizations and is being compared with further education of pedagogical employees of schools and school facilities in the Czech Republic. The second part is dedicated to analysis of further education of OODM employees in specific organizations (particularities of organization’s activities, particularities of further education in given organizations and topic orientation of further education of specialists.) The concluding part deals with the questionnaire based research in OODM and it reflects among other also current state of further education of employees as well as their relevant educational needs. | ||
