Annotation	There are two vulnerable social groups at contemporary labour market: citizens with limited working ability due to their physical handicap (ZPS with TZP), and new graduates from secondary schools and training centres. This work pay a special attention to those job applicants who have both of these handicaps. As the graduates with physical handicap has not been monitored yet, this research comes with their aproximate estimation and comes up with a recommendation for the Ministry of Labour and Social affaires to cover this social group into their statistics. This study monitors current options of handicapped youth´s inclusive education, i.e. their integration to ordinary high schools and special schools and training centres. When deciding about their integration, it is necessary to take into account options of every particular student as well as school facility because an integrated education may not be suitable for every case. An empirical part of the study is based on correspondence questionnaire survey carried out in 2000-2001. The sample of respondents is composed of teachers and directors of special schools, single graduates and NGO′s.
