Conception of the state policy in the field of children and youth for 2007

Annotation The objective of this theoretical-empirical research report is to outline the conception of state policy for 2007-2010 for youth and children. Collected data come from divers empiricial researches such as „Influence of computerisation on educative process and personality in information society“, or „computerisation of the society, education and life style“. Data was collected by methods of interview with 1818 respondents. A research about implementation of e-learning in an educative process“ was carried out with the aid of questionnaires. Results of the research were compared with similar research from 2000. The research report analyses: 1. value orientation of the youth – development and present state; 2. The youth – secular socio-ideological and religious-spiritual schools of thoughts; 3. The youth and leisure time; 4. Education and the youth; 5. The youth and social pathological phenomenon: 5.1. Nicotinism, alcoholism, and drugs; 5. 2. Unemployment and poverty; 5.3. Juvenilie deliquency; 6. Media, new technologies and the youth; 7. Digitizing of the life style and life field of the youth; 8. Main trends in development of the young generation.
