Annotation	The main aim of the research was to find out what are opinions, attitudes and motivations of leaders of Scout clubs in the Czech republic. The report makes a survey of primary data about leader of Scout clubs (age, education, marital status, sex, place of living), their leadership position and work with children (history, aspirations, motivations and mesure of their personal involvement) and functionning of their club involved. The research was carried out between January and March 2001 at the basis of quantitative inquiry in the form of uniform questionnaires and on face-to-face interview with respondents. There were 496 respondents participated in the research. The results of the research were reported in the form of overview diagrams.
