Annotation The book focuses on various aspects of a life of mothers who bring up a disabled child, including their adaptation to a new life situation, difficulties which they have to face either within their own family or in the public, and also advantages and disadvantages which life with such children brings. Authentic reports of several tens of mothers offer support to other mothers who deal with the fact of having a disabled child and also suggestions for professionals who work with families with disabled children.
