School and health in 21. st century

Annotation	The project focuses on problems of healthy life style and medical behaviour. It provides information to schools and helps them improve education to health for the young generation. The main aim of the project is to provide an overall view on problems of health and its physic, psychic and social components. The project enables to include the information into elementary school programs as well as to elaborate methodological and methodical conceptions of education and health support and to make verifications of evaluative tools in recognition of efficiency of health awareness. The objectives and tasks of the project draw on materials of the World Health Organisation (program HEALTH 21) and following governmental resolution „Long-term program of health improvement of Czech Republic’s population“ issued the 30. of October 2002. The results inspired by ideas of the Framework educational program for primary education are incorporated into school curriculum.
