Annotation	The publication issues annually in a frame of project VIP career II- KP and brings results of long-term research. The research report shows a development of educational and occupational structure of pupils in last five to ten years decade as well as a current situation at labour market from the point of view of graduates. An important part of the book is dedicated to the employment of handicapped graduates. Comparative results concerning unemployment of secondary school graduates according to their achieved education and region they live are also presented as well as analyses of job offers and requirements advertised in journals and at Internet. One chapter of the book focuses on a development of professional and educational structure of graduates and employed at whole and in detailed classification according to particular job classes. Last chapter contains pupil’s opinions and motivations in distance study at secondary schools.
