Annotation	Therapy for children and adolescents with autism and learning disability is difficult. It requires a multidisciplinary therapeutic approach. Pharmacotherapy is one of its components. It well understood that pharmacotherapy in children and adolescents is complicated because the use of new drugs often becomes an off label prescribing. The submitted publication presents current trends in this area and brings attention to some of the ethical issues.
