Annotation	This overview study deals with the topic of research in the field of school psychology in the Czech Republic. Although the number of school psychologists working directly in schools is increasing, research in this area remains somewhat behind. An overview study includes the work of leading experts in the field of educational and school psychology as well as student´s thesis. The conclusions show that the works are of varying quality, one of shortcomings is low representation, represented are qualitative and quantitative methodologies as well. In some cases, in connection with the methodology, studies provide contradictory conclusions. Keywords: school psychology, school psychologist
