Annotation	The objective of the project “Monitoring of problems of vulnerable children”(2008) was to depict the problems of children who grow up in disfavourable family conditions. The description was aimed at detection of the most burning problems of these children and specification of attitudes of public, state, NGOs to this problem. We used a cluster of research methods such as an analysis of secondary sources, detailed outline of NGOs sector, deep qualitative interviews with specialists (in care of vulnerable children), quantitative questionnaires among NGOs, contributory organisation, Czech public.
