Annotation	The main objective of this research report is to contribute to a broader awareness about the possibilities of employment of graduates with disabilities (GD), to identify the barriers of their employment and readiness for the labour market and to provide a necessary feed-back for schools and counselling institutions. The particular objectives of the research was (1) to survey opinions of employers, to identify main barriers in employment of the GD and to find out recommendations of employers in this filed, (2) to ascertain professional and qualification demands of employers on the GD, (3) to survey information demands of employers in relation to possibilities of the GD employment, (4) to bring out motivation examples from the good practices in the field of the cooperation of schools and employers. The whole report is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is dedicated to intentions of the survey and employed methodology, in the second part a survey of the basic terminology from the field of education and employment of the GD is presented. The third part is aimed at definition of specific caracteristics and status of graduates with disabilities when entering the labour market. The fourth chapter comes with results of statistic survey among employers. The fifth chapter summarizes particular experience and opinions of employers in connection with the employment of the GD. The sixth chapter is focused on the field of cooperation of schools and employers in the field of educationa and employment of the GD and brings examples of good practices. The concluding seventh chapter resumes the results and recommendations resulting from the research.
