Annotation	The survey focuses on problems and limitations, the pupils with disabilities must face when choosing a suitable secondary school. An objective of the survey is to ascertain their satisfaction with a choice of their educational career as graduates of the secondary school. The publication consists in five chapters. The first introductory part is aimed at a methodology and information about the target group, the second chapter is dedicated to a definition of basic terminology and statistic data describing a current situation. The third chapter is based on analyses of data from the survey that aim at a start of the pupils with disabilities in the education system. The fifth part focuses on feedback and opinions of future graduates, their satisfaction with a chosen secondary school and the problems they must face as pupils with disabilities. Concluding part attends to summarize the results of particular fields of the inquiry, to incite a discussion and provide recommendations for counselling institutions. The survey was carried out by means of questionnaires, 147 secondary school were integrated into the research and 1894 pupils interviewed.
