Annotation	Main objective of the publication is to introduce topics which with children address to the Helpline by means of particular provided services (phone line, internet consulting, chat) to general and expert public. In second follow-up of the proceedings, the actual problems such as aggressiveness and bullying among children, drug addiction, suicidal tendencies, parental alienation syndrome and self harm are presented. The essays are completed with relevant statistics and illustrative stories.
