Annotation	The publication draws on basic legislatives issued by the department of education, it contains a survey of selected ordinances and guidelines published by the Ministry of Education and Sport of the Czech Republic. It points out the relations of the legislative norms in the interdepartmental attitudes to children’s security, in particular the ways of cooperation of schools and the Police of the CR are entered into details. It aims at ordinances concerning assured security and prevention of children and pupils during their everyday stay at schools or school facilities. It explains in detail an anchorage of security risks in internal school norms, securing supervision over pupils, specification of rights and duties of pupils, students, parents of the under-age pupils.
