Annotation	The aim of this work is to approach the issue of bullying among children, whether at school or outside of school. Here we see the definition of bullying, its causes and diagnosis. The consequences of bullying are very serious, both mental and physical, or social and child can lead to suicidal attempt, in the worst case, to suicide. Children's aggression is a global problem and its prevention and resolution even in developed countries becoming the subject of research work teams of psychologists and special teachers.V Czech Republic is particularly bullying in schools expanded much more than we dared to anticipate, and its frequency is increasing. The work is accompanied by relevant statistics of the Safety Line, including an illustrative story.
