Annotation	Text is mainly refugee child theme. First, a general description of the asylum procedure and highlights some of the problems that each refugee carries and also what impact this process has on refugee families. Next, consider the possibility assistance, protection and education of these children. The work points out that the essential problem in the Czech refugee facilities for children was insufficient to fill their free time and the absence of any regime, which had a negative impact on psychosomatic medicine and behavior and thus made it difficult to further integrate into a new society. Now the biggest problem is still, despite all the care affecting mostly children, their future is unclear regarding residence status in the Czech Republic after reaching the age of eighteen.
