This thesis deals with the appropriateness of including the project of teaching at the elementary school. The author wants his work to convince the teachers and students who are afraid for various reasons in their practice use this method, it is beneficial both for them and for students. The introductory part closer to the origin and history of project teaching, explaining basic concepts. A large section is devoted to the question of why and when to select these projects. The author mentions that research has shown that more than half of pupils with learning difficulties can achieve better results if it is positively motivated to work in the classroom. In the traditional teaching of the learner is sometimes negatively affected. Appropriately selected project gives room to remove these undesirable phenomena. However, not every project that creates a full-fledged teachers and meets all the conditions placed on project-based learning. There are for example the projects that can not be put into the correct project teaching, but also an example of a project that meets all the conditions necessary for it to be considered a full-fledged project and could it inspire other teachers who want to incorporate this method into their teaching. Not suitable for such projects to replace the entire classical teaching, curriculum, however, for confirmation of this method is very suitable. |
