Annotation Research report summarizes the results of the research, which dealt with the transition socially disadvantaged Roma pupils from primary to secondary school. The main objective was to describe the current status, the identification of factors affecting the education of the pupils, recommendations for the development of educational policy in this area. The introduction explains the basic terms used in the report. Large space is devoted to the analytical part, which is structured by macro levels towards the micro level. Quantitative comparative description and analysis of the transition of pupils from primary to secondary school. Compared are here, Roma and other pupils walking in the same class. Qualitative analysis based on interviews with participants on the causes and reasons for the different education of Roma children. The research was conducted at 14 primary schools and 20 secondary schools. The final chapter is devoted to a summary of the main findings.
