Annotation	Communication with parents and the public is timely and urgent issue, since successful communication leads to the creation of high-quality and long-term relationship. The basis of the resource are theoretical knowledge, are the focus of practical experience, practical examples, recommended reading and links to on-line information. Individual chapters are devoted to various forms of communication and participants in the school environment - verbal and nonverbal communication between school and home, between the school and the public, between the school and the mass media. This involves a number of methodological sheets.
