Annotation	The main objective of the inquiry is to monitor a scope of employment, work conditions and opinions of officers from district and municipal authorities responsible for the field of youth and physical education. The questionnairy inquiry adressed 153 respondents. An additional survey focused on social assistants working within district authorities engaged in problems of social handicapped young people. The questions focused on respondent′s character, i.e. his main demographic features, preparedness for work function, opinions on actual events related to the field of children and youth in which he takes part.
