Annotation The aim of the analysis is to provide expert discussions scenarios simulated estimates of the impact of literacy fifteen-year population for long-term economic growth and long-term CR deficit of the pension system. The study uses estimates and assumptions OECD, according to an international comparison of literacy of the population in the Czech Republic, fifteen drops. This work deals with possible scenarios and simulation models. Background simulations are integrated into the current realities of the Czech Republic, especially in education, training or macroeconomic issues.
