Annotation	The aim of the master thesis is to identify and compare problems and pitfalls that educators in primary schools in hospitals and in sanatoriums meet. The theoretical part describes the general issues of elementary education at medical facilities, outlines the current state of health in the population of children and youth in the Czech Republic and defines the personality of a special education teacher. The research part is devoted to finding difficulties and problems associated with this type of training and the comparison of difficulties and problems in schools in various types health care institution . The survey was carried out in selected primary schools in the healthcare sector, specifically at children's hospitals and children's sanatorium.
