Annotation The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the systems of training and acquisition of skills. The practical part aims to find out what system of practical education and vocational training school uses and whether this method of training has an impact on school graduates in practice. Reconnaissance survey was conducted at two secondary vocational schools with engineering focus through interviews with a questionnaire and interview.
