Annotation	This publication contains the basic (primarily legal) aspects relating to the education of children with disabilities in primary school and also aims to relieve parents of their decisions. Individual chapters describe in detail each topic. Namely, the following chapters: Family with children with disabilities, discrimination and anti-discrimination (not only) in relation to disability, rights of children with disabilities to education, teaching assistant, a child with disabilities in the educational process, school counseling facilities, teaching staff, director, school founder and Czech school Inspectorate. Each of these chapters defines the concepts related to the issue, along with the legislation.
