Annotation	The author of the diploma addressing the issue, which is a society-wide cultural-sociological point of view rather complicated. The aim of the study was to evaluate the current Czech legislation adoption of children by homosexual couples in terms of its compliance with the constitutional order of the Czech Republic, the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and the European Union law. Individual chapters are devoted to the following topics: basic concepts, family-law institutes and their relationship to institutionalized cohabitation of homosexual couples, Models institutionalized cohabitation same-sex couples, prohibition of discrimination against persons based on sexual orientation, Adoption, study the influence of upbringing children of the same-sex couple.
