The issue of vaccination of children in the Czech Republic

Annotation Bachelor thesis deals with the vaccination of children in the Czech Republic, which aims to find out the awareness of parents in the vaccination of children, their opinions and attitudes solution proposal findings. It is divided into theoretical and practical. The theoretical part introduces the history of vaccination, is focused on the explanation of basic concepts, classification and composition of the vaccine, vaccination and the distribution of its organization. The practical part using the questionnaire asks awareness of parents about the vaccination of children in the Czech Republic. The survey showed that the majority of parents believe that the issue of vaccination are sufficiently informed. It turned out that parents have enough information, but some information can not cope or even in contradictory answers. Furthermore, the investigation revealed that the parents to vaccinate occupy a rather positive attitude, on the one hand, they do not mind mandatory vaccination, on the other hand would like more freedom in deciding on vaccination of their children. Most parents let their children vaccinated beyond the statutory calendar.
