Annotation	The aim of this work is to verify that summer camps are also currently benefits and means of socialization of children. The theoretical part is divided into three large chapters. The first chapter defines the concept of leisure, the use and impact on the socialization throughout life. The second chapter is devoted to youth organizations. The third chapter discusses the issue of organizing summer camps for children - the people - workers at the camp, legislation and recommendations for practice. The main aim of the practical part is to identify and evaluate the popularity of summer camps for children and youth groups aged 7-16 and evaluate the question of whether the focus and theme of the camp children playing in this sample of children studied the role or not.
