Annotation	Czech Anti-piracy Union has been implementing since 1991 activities to protect the copyright in audiovisual works and rights related to copyright to audiovisual recordings and television broadcasts. With the development of ever better Internet connection is often the piracy, especially among children and youth. On the Internet begin downloading songs and playing games, and gradually get to download films and software. Although it is often stated that a child under 15 years old are not responsible for their actions, respectively. its infringement for it can have no consequences, that's not entirely true. It is necessary to distinguish between criminal liability and general liability. Teachers of primary and secondary schools are generally in information technology so adept as their pupils. The issue of copyright seems to them intricate and understand many aspects. Educational materials have to remove these handicaps and to help teachers understand the problems, the needs of students and enable them to simplify and comprehensible form transfer this information to students.
