Annotation The thesis aims to bring the issue of students with a different mother tongue and to find, explore methods that encourage the pupil to integrate into school / class system. Terms like “pupil with a different mother tongue”, “foreigner”, “migration”, ”inclusive education” and “inclusion” are explained in the theoretical part of this thesis. Next, you can find information about foreigners in the Czech Republic, the reason of their arrival and their national and numerical representation. Also, there is information about foreigners’ education in the Czech Republic and ways of working with a pupil who speaks a different mother tongue within the teaching process. The main objective of the practical section is to demonstrate how a methodical approach can benefit a particular pupil.
