Annotation	The Bachelor Thesis deals with the development of education in Dolni Ujezd by Litomysl between the years 1945–1989. It analyzes events in the basic school, the secondary school and subsequent schools, both in terms of teaching methods as well as in extracurricular activities and recreational activities. Besides it discusses the construction of school buildings and their transformation over the years. The thesis also summarizes the development of socialist education with relation to the key political events in the country. Special sections involve the issue of religion at school and course of normalization throuhgout the years after 1968. In addition to the period defined at work, there is also brief information about the earliest history of the village of Dolni Ujezd and the school itself, and the situation in the school during the war is mentioned as well.
