The proposal and realization of the content of motoric-hobby club for children in the preschool age

Annotation Preschool children have their own specific needs, knowledge and skills that should be respected in the hobby clubs to bring what they bring. The aim of the thesis is the design and implementation of the contents of a half-anual plan motoric-hobby club for preschool children. This plan uses lot of sport games and next sports activities. At the beginning of the work there are mentioned the expected effects and outcomes of physical activity by preschool children, further work deals about structure of exercise lesson. A great part of the work consists of particular preparations for each exercise unit. Each one contains an introductory part, in which the teacher welcomes the children and uses a warm-up game. After that the warm-up of individual parts of body follows. In the following main part children learn new movement activities. At the end of the exercise unit there is an example of body relaxation. This work could help new teachers in kindergarten, who want to teach children sports-movement activities.
