Annotation	This thesis deals with the psychological problems of a child patient. The first part focuses on the health effects of environment on the psyche of a child patient. The first aim of the overview thesis was to present Publisher findings on the influence healthcare environments on the psyche of a child patient. It is evident that most children are afraid of visit the health care environment. The cause of fear are painful procedures, injections, unknown instruments, or strangers in unusual clothing. The second part deals with minimizing the impact of negative effects on children's health care environment of a patient. During first meeting witch child is the most important thing to gain the trust of a child. Very important is the good psychological preparation of the child and kind and affectionate behavior of medical staff.
