Annotation	This bachelor thesis deals with divorce and raising children after divorce. The first chapter explains the basic concepts related to the family, the second chapter deals with divorce, the legislation causes a divorce situation in the country. The third chapter deals with the education of children in divorced family, motherhood, fatherhood, joint care and social-legal protection of children. The research analyzes of real relationships, divorce and raising children after divorce. The aim of the research is an insight into parenting after divorce from the viewpoint of divorced women. Results of the research showed that children feel after divorce especially the improvement of the emotional relationship between them and their mothers, mothers have become more sensitive, tolerant, but on the other hand, the mothers are more fearful of the children. However, in cases was also recorded negative emotional relationship with children´s fathers.
