Annotation	The goal of the thesis with the theme of is to point on this issue and expand the results of the work among society. The first part is focused on the theoretical explanation of the issue, discribes technical terms such as aggression, aggressiveness, bullying. There is salso explained the term institutional care and its legislative framework valid in Czech Republic. The second part describes the research that was implemented with the staff and children from orphanages. The main goal of the thesis was to determine whether bullying in orphanages in the area of Domažlice occurs or not. The research was realized through, interview, documents aanalysis and case study. The conclusion of this work shows the importace of prevention and also in case of bullying to thorough investigate of this problem. The author believe that the findings obtained on the subject can contribute to the deepening of infomaton to the public and workers of orphanages.
