Annotation |
The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the first half of the theoretical part the author concern stress, its definition causes, stressors, stress management techniques and in several points she describes the personality of the teacher. The second part is focused on mental health, its history, lifestyle and relaxation techniques that are used in, both mental hygiene and stress. The methods of theoretical part is studying technical literature, analysis, synthesis and comparsion. The objective of theoretical part is describe the problems of stress, mental hygiene and try to answer questions from potentional candidates: “What relaxation techniques could be chosen in stress situatons? What principles of mental hygiene should the teacher follow”?
The practical part is excuted by the survey, the questionnaries was sent out to the teachers of Health and social Secondary school in Kyjov, Klvana Grammar school in Kyjov and Integrated secondary schools in Hodonín. The objective was to determine what stressors, stress situations influence educators in their teaching profession? What strategies and techniques do they choose to fight against stress? |
