Annotation	The Bachelor thesis is focusing on the role of parents in interactions with kindergartens. Theoretical part defines the basic terminology of given problematics, its meaning, changes through years, as well as its legal side. In this work, the forms of co-operation between the parents and the kindergartens, its importance and participation towards the development of the child's personality are specified. Practical part deals with events held by the Faculty Kindergarten and their benefit for the children from the parent´s view, satisfaction of parents with the offer of the events, and their co-operation with the kindergarten during these events. The conclusion offers possible options on how to make the co-operation of the parents with kindergarten more effective.
