Annotation	Bachelor thesis is focused on career choice amongst young people, studying secondary nursing school. The thesis is divided into two main areas: The first part deals with motivation in general, career choice, health care profession choice and education. Personality, temperament and adolescence are also mentioned. The second part presents findings about the most often chosen point of qualifying after graduating secondary school or other participants’ career selection. The aim is to identify why students choose nursing as a career and to determine what factors influence this decision and motivations of students to join a non-physician health care profession at the start of their professional programme.
