Employment of secondary school graduates with disabilities in the labor market

Annotation	The aim of the thesis is to find out how school leavers with physical disabilities are able to cope on the labour market. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter describes students with health problems, especially students with physical, mental disabilities and students with specific learning disabilities. The second chapter is focused on the choice of a career and professional preparation of the people with health problems. The third chapter concentrates on the problem of employment of these people with health problems on the labour market. The fourth chapter informs us about methods and techniques of the research and the place where the research was conducted. The research was based on a quantitative method using a questionnaire. Respondents were the graduates with health problems who were educated at a selected special secondary school.
