Burn-out syndrome in a profession of teaching in a kindergarten

Annotation This bachelor thesis deals with a burn-out syndrome in a profession of teaching in a kindergarten and then also with stressors and protective factors, which have an influence on psychological, physical and social level of person. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is about basic knowledge of burn-out syndrome, we learn about symptoms and process of burning-out. The second chapter concerns inner and outer factors affecting presence of burn-out. The next chapter discusses Czech system of preschool education and also a kindergarten teacher in general, a child in a preschool age and climate of school. Last chapter deals with prevention of burn-out.The practical part describes preparation, process and results of research survey. There is introduced a goal of research, given research questions, hypothesis and methods. This part reveals burn-out measure of kindergarten teachers and also factors, which are causes of that.
