Teacher's opinions on the nutritional regimen of 1. – 5. grade elementary school students

Annotation The diploma thesis focuses on a nutrition cycle of students from first up to fifth grade of elementary school. The theoretical part is introducing basic nutrition terms and essential recommendations for a correct nutrition cycle. It also works with the nutrition of students from 1st to 5th grade of elementary school and concerns with incorporation of healthy nutritional habits into their lessons. Part of the thesis is also a simple overview of project which focuses on nutrition theme. Special effort is put into a project called "Pohyb a výživa". The practical part presents the results of questionnaires aimed at views of teachers of said children on these matters 1 to 5 grades for pupils nutritional cycle. The aim of this section is to determine what views teachers have on areas of the nutrition program, exercise and nutrition, the differences in these views among teachers of individual years and specifically how the teachers propose to adjust the program. Gained results show the success of the nutrition program of exercise and nutrition and mostly positive views of teachers of all classes.
