Annotation	The text of the analysis begins with the basic and general information about the programme PRIDE, its creation, philosophy and content. Next chapter is focused on the implementation of the programme in the Czech Republic with its specific conditions. The analysis is based on three parts quantitative, qualitative and evaluation. The outcome of the qualitative part is the grounded theory based on the data provided in interviews. The final part of the Analysis is recommendations.
