Annotation	The research focuses on biological and psychosocial growth and development factors of 15 year old children. It concerns a preparation and pilot examination of research process concerning children at the age of 15 who have been longitudinally observed since the prenatal period. The research is based on the questionnaire survey in given families with children and is focused both on children and their parents. The research report contains a data analysis of children growth and development, nutrition habits and accident rate. Partial objective of the research is searching for predictors of health state and development risks.
