Annotation	This master thesis deals with the system of youth care in Olomouc in the 20th century (or rather from 1916 to 1958). This thesis is divided into two chapters: The first deals with the development of social care. The second largest describes the development of youth care. The second part is then divided into next two parts: The first describes the development of youth care in the Czech Republic; in the other there is discussed the development social care and youth care in Olomouc (activity of district youth care in Olomouc).
