The aim of this diploma thesis is the lifestyle of the secondary school students of gastronomy in Prague. The responders are the students of Secondary School of Gastronomy and Hotel Industry Ltd. in Prague, teenagers of the age of 16-18 years, branch Cook-waiter, ended with state leaving exam. The second group is made from the responders of the same age from the branch Gastronomy, ended with state A level exam. Theoretical part is describing lifestyle, rules of healthy diet, improper nourishment, school canteen influence on the next generation and its eating habits, modern trends in gastronomy and bad influence of the school unhealthy vending machines on the students. The practical part is investigating the teenagers´ lifestyle and their other eating habits in their future life via questionnaire and also their knowledge of modern trends in gastronomy, school canteen influence and bad influence of unhealthy vending machines on their nourishment and keeping healthy lifestyle. The aim of this work is to find out how the students of 3-years and 4-years branches accept their lifestyle, especially nourishment and modern gastronomy. |
