Annotation This paper explores the influence of dissatisfaction with body proportions on the eating habits of the respondents. The work investigates whether dissatisfaction with their body leads to a positive change in eating habits, or whether teens change the eating habits in an inappropriate manner as an effect of this discontent. For the analysis I have collected data from 275 adolescents aged 13-19 years. Furthermore, aditional data from European Longitudinal Study ELSPAC were used. ELPAC data was compared with the collected data. The data were collected through a questionnaire survey including weighing and measuring respondents.
