Annotation	The research focuses on influences of natural and antropogenic enviroment on perception and behavior of children. The objective of the research is to propound measures to optimalization of further development, to elaboratate methodics of research and to produce a database that would serve as a source for further comparative analysis. The research report contains a proposal for indicators typical for mental and behavioral development of children, an estimate of future development. By drawing conclusion, the research comes with a proposal for positive changes in the field of upbringing, education and research, in particular a balancing of theoretical enviromental education and practical education in the bossom of nature.
