Leisure time centres as a subject of social prevention

Annotation	The Children and Youth Institute carried out a research among children at the age of 12-15 focused on social prevention linked to Leisure-time centre´s activities. Research attempted to observe children’s opinions on various current social problems (criminality, drugs addition, racism etc) and also their experience with prevention drives. Data were collected in six selected towns and in each of the towns 4 or 5 different schools were chosen. In total, there were about 1000 children interviewed. Semi standardized interviews with representatives of the government administration and NGOs were also carried out.
