Annotation	The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to analyze and compare the actual situation of further training of employees of other organization directly controlled(further as OODC) by the Ministry of education, youth and sports further as MEYS) The theoretical part of the thesis concerns the legislation of further training in these organizations and the its comparison with further training of pedagogical employees in schools and educational institutions in the Czech Republic. Second part of the thesis focuses on analysis of further training of employees of OODC in particular organizations. The last part sums up the results of quantitative research carried out in OODCs. The work also reflects the present state of further training of employees in the Czech republic and outlines current needs in this field.
