Prevalence of antisocial behaviors in Czech urban youth

Annotation Aim of the study is to evaluate the prevalence of antisocial behaviors in a representative national sample of urban youth in the Czech Republic. The Social and Health Assessment (SAHA), a school survey, was administred to a nationwide sample of 4980 adolescents in three age cohorts (12,14, and 16 years) in Prague and 12 regional capitals. As the most frequent antisocial behaviors were identified typical (normative) behavior of this developmental stage – all types of conduct problems, physical fighting, damage of public or private property, and shoplifting, substance use and selling light drugs.
