Young people´s opinion on the differences between men´s and women´s situation in the society

Annotation	The Children and Youth Institute of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport carried out two researches - Exclusion 1999 and Eurobarometer 1998. This research report summarizes findings of these researches about youth´s opinion on gender issues, in particular the perception of differences between of men and women in the Czech society. Questions of the inquiry focused on 1) problems of a family (roles of parents, decision making, division of labour), 2) Intergender differencies in perception of personality traits, 3) occupation and status of a woman in the society, and 4) discrimination of women.
